This is a project we did a few years ago out in Natick Mass. It’s always nice to return to a property and see a piece of furniture that we built being put to good use. We did a little paint touch up and moved onto our next job.
This leak in a property in Boston was originally thought to be from the roof. After a closer look inside the ceiling it was discovered that there was a heating pipe that had a small hole in it that was inconsistently leaking. The heating pipe was repaired and the wall was plastered and painted.
This was a quick tile repair in Charlestown mass. Many times when the subfloor is not prepared correctly before the tile is installed it will pop up over time. First thing that people notice is the grout cracking between the tiles and it eventually comes out. The tile will pop off or sometimes crack in half. When this happens you need to remove all of the old adhesive from the tile and the floor and reinstall the tile and grout.
This was a great job in Brookline mass. No room in this unit for a full size table and chairs so the home owner came up with this solution. Glad we could help out.
