This leak in a property in Boston was originally thought to be from the roof. After a closer look inside the ceiling it was discovered that there was a heating pipe that had a small hole in it that was inconsistently leaking. The heating pipe was repaired and the wall was plastered and painted.
Got to paint this beautiful bathroom today in Brookline mass. The ceiling was damaged from last years ice storms so the home owner took the opportunity to renovate during the repair. They installed a linear floor drain in the shower. The floor is pitched to the back wall with no need for a door on the shower. A super soaker tub was also installed, a new must for every bathroom. We removed about 32 square feet of Sheetrock, replaced it,primed and painted the entire ceiling to match. Controlling the dust was a major problem. Three small children at home during the repair.

After re pressurizing the pipe to make sure it was not leaking anymore I installed new drywall and replaced the tile. After grouting the tile I will have the plumber come back to reinstall the toilet.
