On this project in Cambridge we are building a six drawer dresser with an attached window seat with storage. The unit is being built over a hot water baseboard heater. We put vents on the bottom as well as the side to allow for proper airflow. The unit will be painted white to match the trim in the room.
This was a project we worked on for a local Granite company in Medford Mass. They are building a new showroom so they can expand their selection of samples. They designed the gas pipe system, all we had to do was square things up and make sure we secured them correctly into the floor, walls and ceiling.
This was a great project in Jamaca Plain Ma. Here we added three built in units to a space behind the wall that was not being utilized. Not only do the units make the room look bigger but they enable the costumer to get things off of the floor to increase the play space.
These railings were installed in a residential building in the North End. They are anchored into the steps with only four screws on each end. The screws frequently come loose and need to be replaced or tightened. We tried using a strong industrial adhesive this time, fingers crossed. Residential building maintenance is a large part of our business.
Here is a classic Mud Room piece that we built for a client in Natick Mass. This small section of unused space next to the garage entrance was transformed into a great place to drop things on your way in and out. It has great open storage on top for easy access with deep drawers on the bottom to hide things.
This is a great book case we did for a client down in Dorchester Mass. With a few modifications to her design to compensate for a very unlevel floor we were able to build this unit without it making the room look smaller. The open shelving was designed specifically to hold her vast record collection. A great piece for a great room.
